1. Check Installation Date Using Setting
Step-1: First you have to open the Setting application by clicking its icon in the left-side of the Start menu or you can open it by pressing Windows logo key + I key together at the same time from your keyboard.
Step-2: Now on the Home screen of the setting application you have to click on the System option.
Step-3: Once you clicked on the system option now you have to click on the Apps & Features option which is available on the left pane of the screen.
Step-4: After you click on apps & feature now you can view all installed apps and programs with the installation date on the right side of the screen.
If you want to view the recently installed programs and apps first then in that case you have to select the Sort by install date from the drop-down menu.

Step-1: Click on the taskbar search box then type Control Panel and then press the Enter button to open the Control Panel on your computer.
Alternatively, you can also open the Control Panel by right click on the start menu and from the menu select Control Panel option.
Step-2: Once the control panel is open on your desktop now Change the View by to Small icons by clicking on the drop down menu.
Step-3: Now from the control panel list click on the Programs and Features option.
Step-4: Once this option is open now you can view installation date for all installed programs or application. If you are not able to view the Installed date column then in that case you have to click More Options and then select Details view.
