First of all download WinSetupFromUSB, and make sure that you have a blank USB drive that is big enough to hold all ISOs that you want to install with some extra space as well. Usually, a 16GB drive is enough for two to three version of windows. To download WinSetupFromUSB
If you’re running a 64-bit version of Windows, run the executable with “x64” in the name and if you’re running a 32-bit version of Windows, run the file without the “x64” in the name.
If the USB drive is already inserted then it will be listed on the top the window in the box otherwise click “refresh”.
Now click on “advanced options” checkbox.
In the Advanced Options dialog, select the “Custom menu names for Vista/7/8/10/Server Source” check box. This setting allows you to provide your own names for the folders in which the Windows ISOs are stored and the boot menu names you see when you start a computer using the USB drive.
Now add windows version one at a time. When you add something for the first time make sure that “auto format it with FBinst” is selected. It lets the drive appropriately for booting. If you know you’ll be booting a computer in UEFI mode then select the “FAT32” option. Otherwise, you can use the “NTFS” option.
Now select your first Windows ISO. Select the check box “Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10 /Server 2008/2012 based ISO” section and then click the browse button (“…”) to its right. Locate and open the ISO that you want to add.

- If you’re using the FAT32 file system with the large ISO, you may get a notification saying the file is too large so will be split in two. Continue and click OK.
- Check once again whether you have selected the right USB Drive at the top of the Window and make sure the right correct ISO is shown in the box then click GO.
- If the auto-format is enabled for the first ISO that you have added to the disk, a warning will be displayed saying that the drive will be formatted and everything gets erased, to proceed click “yes”.
- WinSetupFromUSB will start formatting the drive now and then pop up Window appears where you can input a custom folder name for the ISO between 1-7 characters. If there is no response for 30 seconds, the by default name will be used automatically.
When the whole setup process is finished, you will be notified with a Job Done message. Then click on OK for confirmation. - This is the end of the process and you will have to follow the same steps whenever you want to add a new ISO to the boot disk.
The USB drive will help you to boot your computer by mentioning all the windows ISO that you have installed in the drive.
